Portrait of Justin Angel

Justin Angel

Developer

Being in the real estate industry for over a decade, I noticed there was an array of home builders that offered similar styles with basic technology. Through implementing the latest technological advancements, we can provide a more efficient, high-quality smart home for all budgets. Our standards are our competitors’ upgrades.

I founded this company based on the idea that if I worked hard, assembled the right team and always acted with integrity, then I would be able to create a company capable of building high quality homes for all budgets. I’ve learned to excel at tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.

My ability to think outside the box allows my team to learn and make each and everyone of us a valuable asset. I’m always eager to learn and expand my knowledge and I believe that is what makes me different than others. This allows me to actively seek opportunities for growth and development in both my personal and professional life.

Portrait of James Studdiford

James Studdiford

Developer

James Studdiford is a self-taught real estate developer whose expertise is rooted in the high-stakes world of industrial operations. James began his career in the produce industry, where he mastered the complexities of managing large-scale teams and logistics. This foundation led him to launch his own successful enterprise—a high-volume production and packaging line that serves a wide variety of produce.

His transition into real estate was born out of necessity and strategic growth. By acquiring and managing industrial assets for his own business, James gained a rare, “boots-on-the-ground” perspective of the market.

This firsthand experience as an end-user allowed him to identify significant gaps in traditional industrial development, ultimately pivoting his focus toward creating spaces that truly serve the modern operator.
