This notice covers bigdogdev.com and the inquiry form on it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we receive
When you send an inquiry we receive what you enter: your name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, your area of interest and your message. The form also records which part of the site you sent it from and any campaign tags in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to arrange the viewing or visit you ask about. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
The site runs on a server we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH. Each inquiry you send through the form is passed to our inbox by email. The server may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. Hetzner’s privacy policy applies to its part.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts. It keeps a small value per page in your browser’s session storage, so your place on the page is kept when you come back to it with the Back button. These values are cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request, and delete it when you ask.
